By accessing or using Vaultbos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Vaultbos provides secure document storage and sharing services. Our Service includes:

Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Account Security

Data Deletion
When you delete files or close your account, we will permanently delete your data according to our Privacy Policy. Some backup copies may persist for up to 30 days for technical reasons.
Subscription Plans
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.
Billing Terms
- • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
- • Failed payments may result in service suspension
- • You can cancel your subscription at any time
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- • We'll provide 7 days notice before any price changes
Refund Policy
We offer a 48-hour trial for new subscribers.
Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
In no event shall Vaultbos, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Data Backup Responsibility
While we maintain multiple backups of your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files. We recommend regularly downloading copies of critical documents.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If you have concerns about the Service, please contact our support team first.
For formal disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email and by posting the updated Terms on our website.
